We are sponsoring a range of activities surrounding the event, which will be underlined by the presence of various stunning Claasen yachts.
The ideal blend
The Superyacht Cup offers the ideal combination of a professionally organised sailing regatta and a relaxed, informal social programme for participants, supporters and visitors alike. The first Superyacht Cup was organised in 1996, making it the longest running sailing event in Europe for prestigious sailyachts from around the world. The Cup is popular among owners and their friends, captains and crew who come to Palma to attend the annual four-day regatta.
21 and counting
A total of 21 yachts have already registered to participate in the 2014 event. A quarter of these yachts were partly or entirely built by Claasen Shipyards, marking another strong representation of the yard in this year’s races. At the Superyacht Cup 2013, the Claasen-built Truly Classic 78 Heartbeat and Truly Classic 90 Atalante came in first and second in the overall rankings, and the J-class Lionheart achieved second place overall in her segment. The yard is looking forward to achieving some equally impressive results this year.
See you there!
